Through my employment with the City of Medicine Hat I was presented with a unique opportunity to create a logo for a sponsorship of our flagship recreation centre - formally known as The Family Leisure Centre. Though Big Marble Farms had yet to settle on a name for the existing centre they loved my logo design and ultimately it was chosen as the new logo for our recreation centre. I created the square logo along with the brand guidelines and was required to pass them off to my colleague who then polished off the look by rearranging the logo elements to create a tall, long and circle version. This logo will stay on the building and be the main identifier for the facility for at least the next ten years.
