From 2018 until 2021 I was employed for the City of Medicine Hat (CMH) Parks and Recreation department as a customer service representative. One aspect of my duties that reflected my skill set involved coordination of some of the media and marketing materials for the department. This is a small sampling of some of that media that was created in this role. Some of these projects are collaborative with another designer who also worked in the same area as I and we had a 50/50 split from 2018-2020. The billboard and TV images were created solely by myself whereas some of the printed materials (not including posters) were more collaborative - except where indicated.
Gas City Campground
Part of my shared job duties when working on graphic design projects was creating brochures for some our services - in this case at the Gas City Campground. Some of this is part of shared projects and some of it is my own but I am very proud to have had a hand in this. The first five photos are of the old campground brochures.
Aquatics
Just as we completed brochures for the campground we were also required to create some for the aquatics team. One is a "recruitment" brochure that is a "how-to" guide for all the courses required to come work for our team. The second one is a summary of the swimming lessons that we used to offer (Red Cross). The first five images are of the old brochures.
Newsletters
During my graphic design days for CMH my co-hort and I were tasked with creating a monthly newsletter to showcase what services were available to our pass holders. The following images are some of the newsletters that she and I created. You can view the newsletter by selecting the link in the caption and pasting to a new browser window.
