Durning my final year of the degree program I was tasked to create a brand series around myself and my values. Through a lot of brainstorming, ideation and process work I decided to create this logo that I felt best described me. The logo and subsiquent items are created to identify the connection between the Adobe programs that assist and aid me in my design process as well as be representational of a photography lens. These are my two favorite media to use so I felt that I had to incorporate them into my identity design. The logo itself is a simple, two color logo, the base being black and the outer line is a shade of teal taken directly from one of my photos of the Carribean Sea, hex #88cfbf to be exact. The outer line is formed with a 3 point stroke and the inner lines that showcase the “lens” reflection of the logo are a 2 point stroke. When the image size is increased these numbers increase as well but always keeping a ratio of 3:2 to maintain the intended balance.
